At RAAD, LLC, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. We offer the following warranties for our various products:

Windshield Kits

We are pleased to offer a 3-year warranty on our windshield kits. This warranty covers the product and installation for a period of 3 years from the date of installation. To maintain your warranty, you must return to our facility for a minimum of one (1) inspection and re-treatment every 3 months. During this inspection, our technicians will inspect the product and make any necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.

To ensure the continued effectiveness of the windshield kit, we require that you schedule a maintenance appointment with our exterior service team every 3 months. This can be done by purchasing our Level 1 Detail package or by enrolling in our maintenance package program. Our maintenance package program will provide you with a discounted rate for our exterior services and will help ensure that your windshield kit continues to perform optimally.

Additionally, please note that our windshield coating is non-transferable between vehicles, but it is transferable between owners. This means that if you sell your vehicle, the warranty will remain valid for the new owner. However, if your vehicle is deemed to need a new windshield due to damage, we will reinstall a new windshield coating free of charge upon request, provided that we confirm the vehicle previously had a windshield kit installed during another exterior service.

Graphene Coatings

Our Graphene coatings are backed by a 5-year warranty. This warranty covers the product and installation for a period of 5 years from the date of installation. To maintain your warranty, you must return to our facility for a minimum of one (1) inspection and re-treatment every 3 months. During this inspection, our technicians will inspect the product and make any necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
